Friendly staff they take good care of my skittish pup
My dog had a lot of fun playing with the other dogs. Dogs were able to play together most of the day, and they were grouped together by size. I’m happy that there is a webcam to watch the dogs playing because my dog had not been to Dogtopia since 2023, and I needed to see and know that he was adapting to the environment.
The only concern I had was that when the dogs peed on the floor, it was not cleaned up right away. On the webcam, I saw dogs walking and smelling the pee on the floor.
Everyone seemed very kind and to genuinely like what they do. I feel safe leaving my pup here.

My dog smells when I pick him up. It smells like wet dog. I have to wipe him down when we get home. Otherwise he seems happy

I like that I can schedule via the app, the staff is always friendly and welcoming to myself and my pup.
