I loved the brief period my dog was at the facility. The major reason we will not return regularly is the smell of the facility. I could barely stomach the strong odor; however, I have a sensitivity to smells. The numerous air filters were dirty, so they were not filtering the air effectively. After picking up our dog after only a few hours, he smelled like the facility and had to get a bath immediately.
Friendliness of staff, well run and clean facility. Overall safety and care of my small dog.
