The staff was amazingly nice and helpful. They showed love to our dog immediately, and were very kind to us as well.
I liked it better before the corporate changes when baths were available towards the end of the day so that my dog didn’t get stinky from going right back into the play area, and also when they used to be able to feed her dinner at 5PM occasionally, when needed to fit our schedule. Overall, it is a great place and my dog really enjoys it. The staff is nice and friendly, despite a large turnover of employees. I would still recommend it.
