I don’t like that my puppy comes home dirty and smelling like pee.
My doggo always comes back selling so nice!
The staff is amazing—you really have great people on your team. Additionally, I love that you offer lunch bowls and other treats for the pups.
However, I would recommend that the ventilation system be improved as well as deodorizing the facility. Whilst the areas appear clean, there is a strong smell in the building from urine and pet odor. I literally had an allergic reaction. That said, I would recommend a facility deep cleaning to remove lingering odors and improve the air quality.
Warm and caring staff, great facility and terrific program. Otto is thrilled everyday he goes there.

I love all of the fun and creative events hosted at Dogtopia of Wilmington! October’s events were amazing and adorable! I cant wait to see what photo and treat events they host in November and December!
