Everything. I my wife especially loved the video stream she used almost all day. Haha.
Webcams often aren’t on. Communication of when the dogs last went outside is either vague or the person there doesn’t know. A schedule posted on the site of this would be great. Notifications of when they are going outside would be an idea too. Then we’d have documentation and could watch them interacting outside with other dogs.

Everyone who works here is so friendly and my puppy loves going so much. He always comes home happy and exhausted.
Communication on billing. I continue to buy a prepaid package. I never know how many times I have left. If I forget to specifically ask I just get charged the full price rate.
Frequently the cameras are not working. Also encourage the dogs to not jump on people – we worked hard on training our dog to not jump up, but he seems to be allowed to do it at day care.
