The staff is prompt in responding to my request online for daycare and boarding services. Also, what I assume is a newer staff for 2023, ALWAYS greets our pet (and other pets and owners) on the day of drop-off, which I’ve noticed helps with the incoming pets’ anxiety or nervousness. The happy greetings make the pets happy, which makes the pet parents happy!

Do not crate my dog so much because she is “high energy”

In addition to the care and love they show my pup, one of the most convenient things about Dogtopia of Woodbridge is how quickly the drop off process is. When that Monday morning already-late-for-work sets in, the last thing you want to do is wait in line to drop off your fur baby! It is much appreciated!!

Transparency!

On Tuesday, October 3, I arrived and there had been a miscommunication on my part about starting with Dogtopia Woodbridge. A very courteous and helpful employee (I don’t remember his name but he was a young African-American male) did not let my lack of organizational skills cause me any issues. He immediately got to work, filled out paper quickly, while not breaking any policies or rules, he was able to accomodate my needs and help me with my situation.

Wow!

We all need employees like him, he was not lazy, nor was he lackadaisical, annoyed or indifferent. He was involved, courteous, and very helpful! I will definitely recommend your location to all my co-workers and friends! Give him a raise or promote him! He will go far.

Friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism of the staff.

The folks there treat my dog as if he is one of theirs. He trusts them and that speaks volumes for a dog that was mistreated as a puppy and it took us a long time to get him to trust anyone except us.
