Love the Webcam and open play. I like the way the employees know each dog that comes in..
I wish they still had the report cards that said who played with who and what they did that day.
The staff was obviously confident with dogs which created a calm, welcoming environment . I came for a meet and greet for the purpose of future day care and boarding. The process was calm and not rushed and I got feedback on how my two dogs did. Very professional and collaborative. I look forward to bringing my dogs for future daycare this spring and summer and boarding in the fall. Excellent customer service!
Ease of booking appointments, communication with/from the service, pet loves the service and the staff is great!
The only thing I DON’T is they don’t answer the phone….I know you are busy but maybe one staff person could be on call duty — or it can be rotated. We’ve been happy with everything else —- we just slowed down our visits because we can’t afford it as much
Have more people at the front helping
Oscar needs and wants dogs to play with. Also, great for last minute emergencies. Very good people!!

Dogtopia of Woodbridge has provided dog parents with a safe and fun place to leave their dog or pamper their pup since August of 2008. We offer dog daycare, boarding, training, grooming and spa services. Our friendly and knowledgeable team love dogs and will do everything we can to make sure they have a paw-some time when they stay at our fully-equipped, spacious facility.
