Attentive, positive, encouraging–to the dogs and their humans!

I love the fact that Charlie is so excited to see his friends that he rushes through the door and leaves me in his dust. The people at the front desk are exceptional. They are very knowledgeable about all things Dogtopia. I appreciate the 5 paws (-: (pauses) for vacations, illness etc. The folks that watch the dogs do a great job. I can see them on the webcam, which by the way is extremely appreciated. Deb

I love the welcoming, personal feel of Dogtopia. At our Meet & Greet we were instantly met by a team of staff who made us feel right at home. It is clear that everything they do is done with heart. What a great feeling when it comes to leaving our most cherished furry friends in their care.

Winnie loves going to daycare! She can’t wait to get out of the car and runs to the door, by the time I pick her up she is exhausted and falls asleep as soon as we get home. Her excitement to go in each time says it all! 🐾

Would like to see the staff interact with the dogs more in the rooms.

Everyone is pleasant and cheerful regardless of their area of responsibility. It’s great to be in a place where people are laughing and enjoying the day. Everyone clearly loves dogs! The cleanliness in all areas is also very much appreciated.

The staff is very friendly and the location is clean. My pup loves it there!!!

Doesn’t matter what day or what time; or who the staff is when I bring my dog in. Everybody is happy and has a positive mood. They are excited to welcome my dog into their facility. Dogs pick up from a good vibes. They know. This place has nothing but good vibes.
